We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping generally takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact to be eligible for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Venado ships exclusively to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
